Rates and Services:
This is the standard /routine service offered. It is a flat rate of $15 plus mileage. All mileage includes the return mileage. Example: A 40 mile trip will be calculated as an 80 mile trip.
There is a 180 limit for any single service one way
In addition, our STANDARD service also extends to Airport drop off and pick up!! This service is extended because I have personally experienced the inconvenience of having your vehicle sitting in a parking lot, racking up charges, and potentially draining your battery in the frigid winters!! A dead car is probably the last thing you want to deal with after being stuck on a plane!! Maximum available passengers is however, limited to 3 due to vehicle capacity.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All flat rates double outside of 90 miles of the Capitol to account for fuel and vehicle wear and tear.
Same Day Delivery (within 3 hours) is available at $30 plus mileage. All mileage includes the return mileage. Example: A 40 mile trip will be calculated as an 80 mile trip.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All flat rates double if the client’s desired destination is outside of 90 miles of Helena’s Capitol Building to account for fuel and vehicle wear and tear. Mileage limits are the total of the pick up and drop off.
$50 plus milage
This service is available for up to 180 miles in any direction from the Helena area. This flat rate is a one time payment and IS NOT subject to the flat rate doubling if outside of 90 miles like our basic and 3hr, same day service. However, as is the industry standard, return mileage is also calculated into the delivery cost. But again, our $50 dollar flat rate is a one time payment as long as the one way delivery destination is within 180 miles. The 180 mile limit includes pick up and drop off.
*Our vehicles have a lockable safe and a cooler on board for sensitive items.
